                <![CDATA[<ul><li>Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and continuous optimization of production processes (output, quality, cost, and delivery performance)</li><li>Ensure production readiness and delivery capability, including production planning, capacity and shift models, material availability, and logistics management</li><li>Lead, develop, and manage the production team including performance management and skills development</li><li>Implement and monitor Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) standards, including risk assessments, SOPs, safety training, incident management, and audits</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, including deviation management, traceability, and documentation</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Maintenance and asset management, including preventive maintenance, fault analysis, spare parts management, and TPM concepts</li><li>Support with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations</li><li>Plan and execute investments (CAPEX) and technical changes, including change control, layout optimization, and process or equipment upgrades</li><li>Support scale‑up and technology transfer projects, including ramp‑up of new products and processes</li><li>Monitor and report KPIs and derive corrective measures</li><li>Manage external service providers and contractors (e.g. maintenance, calibration, technical services)</li><li>Ensure complete and compliant production documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, batch or production records, and training documentation</li></ul>]]>

                <![CDATA[<ul><li>More than 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, including first experience in a senior leadership role</li><li>Qualifications in Engineering, Millwright, Production Technology, Process Engineering, or Operations Management could be an advantage</li><li>Proven experience in production planning, KPI‑based production control, and process optimization</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in HSE (risk assessments, safety culture, incident and CAPA management)</li><li>Experience in logistics management</li><li>Experience with quality management systems and audits (e.g. ISO 9001; GMP / ISO 14001 is an advantage depending on environment)</li><li>Experience in maintenance and asset management (preventive maintenance, TPM, equipment reliability)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis techniques on operational and technical level</li><li>Strong project management and change management skills (process changes, equipment upgrades, CAPEX projects)</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, particularly in operational and shift‑based environments</li><li>High level of hands‑on mentality, structured working style, ability to prioritize, and resilience in an operational setting</li><li>Confident use of ERP systems and production reporting tools; good MS Office skills</li></ul>]]>
